Spinach and Peas

fresh spinach leaves
frozen peas
a few sprigs of mint (finely chopped)
butter

Wash spinach leaves then place in pot. Do not add water - there will be enough water clinging to leaves to steam it. Cook until wilted. Add lots of butter.

Cook peas then lightly mash with a fork.

MIx peas and mint into buttered spinach and return to heat.

Serve hot/warm
