Sage and Onion Chicken Schnitzel
plain chicken breast schnitzels (or slice chicken breast into schnitzels yourself)
sage and onion stuffing mix (from supermarket - I use Greggs)
flour
egg
butter
Coat schnitzels in flour, then beaten egg, then stuffing mix. (This can be done earlier in the day then cover with plastic-wrap and store in refrigerator).
Place on baking paper on oven tray or in oven-proof dish. Place a few small knobs of butter on top of each schnitzel.
Bake in oven at 175 until cooked (they start going golden brown).
