Steak
½ kg of rump steak - or schnitzel
oil
1 onion (diced)
capsicum/mushrooms (diced) - optional
1 clove of garlic
pepper and salt
sauce:
3 Tablespoons soya sauce
½ cup water
2 Tablespoons sugar
1 Tablespoon of cornflour
½ Tablespoon mustard
Fry onions and mushroom, add pepper, salt and capsicum.
When cooked, put to one side.
Cut steak or schnitzel into very thin slices across the grain.
Add garlic.
Simmer in frying pan for 5-10 minutes, then add sauce (pre-mixed),
and
the onions, mushrooms and capsicum.
Simmer again until thickened.
